  4. On a medium heat, heat the pan till it becomes hot. Put a very small amount of margarine and pour some batter, i used a 1/2 a cup to scoop the mixture.
  5. Tilt it till it's all covered in the pan. Cook for about 1min, by this time it should have a brown colour. Carefully turn it over because it's very delicate.
  6. Repeat till you are done. I used red plum jam for garnish. ENJOY!!
