So I got right to work to make the perfect red velvet crepes and I think we just about did it! They are so easy to make and they make a ton. In a bowl mix: milk, red dye, canola oil, sugar, nutmeg, salt, flour, eggs. In a large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.

Steps to make Red Velvet Crepes:
  1. Sieve together flour, sugar,cocoa powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add oil, egg and milk.mix well.
  3. Cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for about 30 mins.
  4. After that heat a nonstick pan,pour ladle ful of batter and cook for 30 secs.
  5. Flip and cook from another side too.for 30secs.
  6. Prepare all crepes similarly.
  7. For frosting - in a bowl mix together cheese cream and sugar.
  8. Take a crepe, spread cheese cream frosting in center and fold it.garnish with chocolate syrup and silver balls.
  9. Delicious Red velvet crepes are ready to serve.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, milk. Add all the ingredients for the crepes, except the food coloring and nonstick spray, to a blender and blend until combined and smooth.
