  2. 2nd step caramel: - 75g butter - 1/3 cup brown sugar - 1 can (397g) Condensed Milk - - melt butter in nonstick pan add brown sugar & dissolve then add condensed milk & stir till a thick golden caramel form - - Cool & Spread the caramel over the base and then chill for about 1-2 hour.
  3. 3rd step banana - 2 medium bananas, sliced - - place them on caramel layer
  4. 4th step cream - 250ml whipping cream (chilled) - - Whip/beat the cream - - Spread on banana layer - - Chill for 2 hours
  5. 5th step decoration - - Decorate with coco powder or small pieces of any chocolate - - Sever chilled

How do I make Banoffee Pie? Despite its divine taste, Banoffee Pie is very easy to make. To make the base, crush the biscuits to fine crumbs and melt the butter over a low heat. Pour into a bowl and mix to combine. Treat loved ones to a banoffee pie for dessert featuring a classic biscuit base, oozy caramel, bananas, cream and chocolate.
