  7. For fruit filling— same take a prepared crystal roll and place chopped fruits over it…And make a packet… Secure with toothpick.
  8. Now for egg bhurji wrap –In a bowl whisk eggs…Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of oil and pour beaten eggs and keep whisking until cooked…Add salt and pepper..Mix well…And let it cool..And in egg bhurji add finely chopped tomatoes and mix…Keep aside.
  9. Making egg bhurji wrap– from same dough…Take a small piece of roll…And roll it with rolling pin (puri sized)..Place egg filling on one side and cover… seal the edges with the help of little water and give it a shape…In same way place egg wraps in steamer and cook for 7-8 min..Or until it gets crystal clear skin.
  10. All crystal paper wraps and rolls are ready…Dunk it with ur favorite sauce..And fill it with more different fillings to ur taste/choice….And enjoy.

Roll the dough around the rolling pin and unroll onto a pie dish making sure the dough reaches all edges. Pour in apple filling mixture and pat down. Roll the other half of the dough on top.
