  7. Add water about 1-11/2cups and mix well cook it till water get reduced and mixture starts leaving the pan
  8. Upma is done remove it from flame let it cools down completely make sure that upma should not be too soft or hard
  9. Make small size balls from upma make a small cavity in middle of it
  10. Put cheese in it and fold it in this way make cheese filled upma balls from all the prepared upma
  11. Heat oil for frying in a deep pan meanwhile take gramflour /besan in a vessel add salt and mix
  12. Add water in it and make a batter like dosa or pakora batter
  13. Dip upma balls in this batter and fry it in hot oil it golden and crisp texture
