  12. Deep fry these bread triangles on low medium flame till golden brown and crisp.
  13. Soak the fried bread triangles in sugar syrup just for few seconds.
  14. Arrange these soaked bread in a serving plate. Pour the prepared rabdi over it. Garnish with nuts and rose petals. Serve chilled.
  15. For making dry shahi tukda..coat the fried and soaked bread pieces with dessicated coconut and serve immediately.
