  10. Prepare 2 tbsp dessicated coconut for coating the ladoos

Steps to make Carrot and sago Ladoos:
  1. Take a pan, heat ghee then add the grated carrot and saute till the raw smell of carrot leaves and it becomes soft, then add milk and mix it well till the milk gets absorbed by the carrot.
  2. Then add cottage cheese, milk powder and mix well then add sugar, Soaked sago and mix till the carrot mixture don't stick to the edges and comes to the center of the pan.
  3. Then add cardamom powder and dessicated coconut and mix it well and make ladoos.
  4. Then coat the ladoos with dessicated coconut.
  5. It is ready to serve.

I wanted to prepare a sweet for this celebration. So i prepared this "Carrot Sago Payasam". Carrot Laddu is a Delicious Sweet. My little girl loves anything with carrot that is another reason i chose to make these carrot ladoos. Carrot Laddu is prepared by sauting grated carrot in ghee.
