A thin and crispy instant pizza dough recipe that has no yeast and requires zero rising time - oh yes that's right. - Chop the onions, green capsicum, tomato, olives and set aside, grate the mozzarella cheese.
- In a bowl add Ata or whole wheat flour, add salt, oil and yoghurt to make the dough like Roti. Set aside covered for 15-20 mins
- Divide into two parts and with a rolling pin roll the pizza dough
- Prick with a fork all around
- On a saucepan place 2 cups salt and a stand on which place the pizza base tray and on high heat with a cover Pre heat. Smear with oil on the Pizza base tray.
- Add the pizza base bread on to it. Reduce flame and keep it under cover for 10 mins
- Flip the other side for 1 min.
- Set aside. Smear with butter all across. Smear the pizza tomato sauce only in the centre so that the edges don’t drip. Add the chopped capsicum, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, olives both black and white. Mozzarella cheese grated
- Place the pizza inside the saucepan covered on low heat until the cheese melts
- Drizzle with oregano and chilli flakes and enjoy
