- In a Skillet pour 2 tbsp of batter over medium heat. Thus by complete the batter and cover the cooked qatayef so it will not get dry.
- For making sweet cheese mix cheese with curd,cardamom powder rose water and sugar.
- Fold the qatayef into half circle and seal it by pressing gently on the sides. Leave a small opening for the filling.
- With a small spoon fill the opening with sweet cheese mixture. Dip each pancake into grounded pistachios and serve with honey.
