You can stuff less or more as per your liking. Basically I love to try different varieties of paratha recipes at home. I make aloo paratha and mooli paratha most often. But I have not tried paneeer paratha & gobi paratha recipes so far.
Steps to make Paneer stuffed paranthas !!:
- Take wheat flour in a big bowl add salt and mix well.
- Now pour water and knead the flour. Apply oil and keep it aside, covered for 20 minutes.
- Now take the paneer and crumble it a another bowl.
- Keep the other ingredients ready.
- Now put the chopped ingredients in the bowl along with the dry masala powders and mix well.
- Now take the kneaded flour and make equal balls of it. Take one ball, dust some dry flour on the platform and start rolling it.
- Now put the stuffing on the rolled roti. Close it from all sides, such that the stuffing doesn’t come out. Seal it and make a ball and then roll again.
- Then heat a tawa and when hot put the rolled parantha on the tawa. Cook it from both sides. Drizzle oil from the sides and put on top. Press it with a spatula and cook till nice and crisp. Put ghee on top when done.
- Serve hot with curd and pickle of your choice.
