- Heat butter in a pan, add ginger and sauté it for a minute. Now add freshly prepared tomato onion gravy and cook it for 5-10 minutes.(you can add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy)
- Add grated paneer and paneer cubes and mix gently without breaking the delicate paneer. Further cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add garam masala, Kasuri methi, fresh cream, sugar, salt and fresh coriander.
- Paneer Lababdar is ready to serve hot with roti, naan or paratha.
