I love this one pot recipe to cook the spinach and then use an immersion blender to puree the sauce making cleanup super easy. How to make Paneer Pakora: Firstly cut the paneer into thick square pieces. Sprinkle mango powder and red chilli powder on these pieces.

- Take gram flour in a bowl add water to make batter it's not too thick not so runny..
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and 4tbs oil mix well, oil makes the pakoras crispy
- Cut paneer and potato in slices
- Take oil in a pan and when it's hot at medium pace than dip pieces of paneer and potato in the batter and slide them in the oil
- Keep stirring 2 3 times and tansfer to tissue paper
- Again these pakoras slide in the pan and stire it well untill it turns golden brown.
- For chutney take imli in a bowl add some water and keep it aside for 10 mins
- Now straining it in a pan and place it at a medium flame add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and 4 tbs sugar.
- Now stirre it well untill it looks thick
- Sprinkle chat masala on pakoras and serve hot with imli chutney.
Now put the pieces of paneer in the heated oil. Fry them till they become golden brown.
