The dough needs to be a bit soft. The stuffing needs to be spread all around and one needs to roll it uniformly all around. Drizzle oil or ghee on top of the paratha. Once cooked, flip on the other side and put oil again the top of paratha.

  1. Take a mixing bowl add ragi flour, wheat flour, cocoa powder, Lil salt, warm milk, 1spoon oil /ghee(I used olive oil) and mix well and make a soft dough and leave it for 10-15 minutes
  2. For stuff take cottage cheese, sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits and mix all these well
  3. After 20 min take small dough like chapati and stuff it with cottage cheese mixture and roll it into a paratha
  4. Take a pan and grease the parathas with oil /ghee.
  5. Now it is ready to serve..

Cook on both sides till puffy and pale brown spots appear. Drizzle oil or ghee on both the sides of the paratha and serve hot. NOTES : Adding milk while kneading the dough adds softness to the paratha. This paraths is stuffed with a spicy paneer mixture, and it is my total favorite.you could add sny spices of your choice, even a touch of chat masala will be good in this. This paratha can be put in lunch box as well.
