Again roll with light hands and roast on a hot tava using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Heat a tawa, put the paratha on hot tawa, cook for few sec, flip over, spread some oil over it, spread again, spread some more oil over it and cook on both sides till golden. - Mash paneer in a bowl and add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves and all dry masala and mix well. Now take a portion of dough and roll it keep a small portion of stuffing and place grated cheese over it and cover it by bringing edges to the centre.
- Roll it with the help of rolling pin.
- Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and place the paratha over it. Roast for 2 minutes and then flip the side and roast from other side also.
- Apply oil over it flip again and again apply cooking oil on this side. Roast till golden.
- Like wise make all the parathas and serve hot with butter.
