- Add half of Sugar and whisk until Sugar is desolved
- Add the remaining of Sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form
- Add the Meringue to the batter in 3 increments and mix gently
- Preheat Pan on very low heat
- Grease the pan slightly with Vegetable oil
- Pour batter into pancake shape (x3). Put lid on to maintain heat
- Flip when bottom side is coloured
