  15. Make ready 1 pinch Black Salt
  16. Prepare As required Mozzarella Cheese for garnish
  17. Prepare 2-4 Strips Cheese Slice
  18. Get 6-7 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  19. Get 1 Cup Tomato Cut into Cubes
  20. Get 1 Cup Onion Cut into Cubes
  21. Prepare 1 Cup Capcicum Cut into Cubes
Steps to make Garlic, Veggie, Mayonnaise Cheese PIZZA:
  1. For Making Base: Take 250 gm All-purpose flour then add 1 Cup Curd half table Spoon Sugar, Salt 1 table Spoon,any oil or butter for Making Dough Now,Mix all ingredients together and make a Soft Dough and keep aside for 10 min then take a Dough and Divide into equal pieces.
  2. Now Roll a Thin Circle Shape Plain Base(Thickness of base depends upon you what thickness you want of base)then heat or Scratch with fork on base Afterwards grease a Plate with oil or butter
  3. Now keep the Plate in a Dry pre- heated Kadhai or Pan on high medium flame for 12 min,Let's cook the Base firstly in between arrange all the topping and keep it.After 10 to 12 min your pizza Base is Ready.
  4. Now after Cooling down pizza Base next step is to Decorate Pizza with Toppings first Apply 1 full Spoon Pizza Sauce then 1 Spoon Mayonnaise over it then keep Cheese Slices over it 1 or 2
  5. Afterwards Decorate with all the Veggie you want Tomato, Onion, Capcicum then Put Grated Mozarilla Cheese over it then Sprinkle all the Masalas and herb over it like Zeera Powder,Chat Masala, Black Pepper Powder, Origano, Chilli Flakes,A pinch of Black Salt. and lastly add Chopped Garlic on the Toppings.

Now before Cooking pizza in a Kadhai you can add Butter 1 Spoon then keep the Pizza Plate in a Dry Kadhai for Cooking for 7-10 min on medium to high flame.After Cooking Pizza Serve it hot with Sauce of you Choice Again Sprinkle all the Masalas and herbs over it Chat Masala, Chillies flakes, Black Pepper Powder, Origano, Zeera Powder, Black Salt your Delicious Garlic, Veggie, Mayonnaise, Cheese PIZZA of my taste is Ready.
