- Add the flour and oats, leave 1 tablespoon of the oats and place in a separate ramekin. Mix, then add the oat milk, tablespoon at a time to make a soft dough (you might need to add more or less oat milk.)
- Roll the dough into balls, then roll each ball in the sugar and oats, making sure they are well coated. Place the biscuit balls on the baking trays. Bake for about 20 mins and enjoy!
