  2. Place egg in boiled water for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Let egg cool so that you can peel shell
  4. Whilst letting egg cool , chop cucumber, tomato and avocado into small chunks
  5. Layer chopped ingredients on plate. Open can tuna and place 1/4 on top
  6. Peel egg and place on top of pile, pierce side and use runny yolk as a dressing
