  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes then give the beans another 3-4 minutes on a simmer or low setting
  6. Remove the ribs from the oven and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes. Stir the beans in the bowl, and add the ribs. Dress with the juices from the dish and taste before seasoning again
  7. Serve with a crusty roll or a large toasted bun
