- Just mix all ingredients except Gram flour and butter. Adjust Spices as your choice. Use less spices if you want mild taste. For Onion, Just Chop Onion fine and saute it with little oil until it becomes brown.
- Keep mixture to marinate for atleast 1/2 hr.
- Now slowly add gram flour and see if batter is properly getting stick to our skewer.
- Soak skewer atleast for 1-2 hr if you are using wooden one.
- Now Skewer Kebab mixture on oiled skewers. And grill it till it gets nice golden brown shades outside.
- I kept it in oven for 30 mins on 180 degree C.
- Brush it with butter and serve it with Pudina Chutney.
