- Slice onion thinly and fry till golden.Take out and keep aside.
- Add egg,garam masala powder,cumin powder,ginger-garlic paste,fried onion,coriander leaves,green chillies and curd to ground chicken.Adjust salt as per taste
- Make kebabs,heat ghee/oil and shallow fry the kebabs on medium flame till golden.
- Serve with salad.
