- Add chopped onions and saute until light golden brown in colour. Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix. Cook on medium heat..stir continuously.
- Add tomato puree and salt and saute till the oil surfaces. Add salt and 2 cup of water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes.off the flame.
