- Salt powder mirch kuta dhaniya or haldi add kar dein. Dhakn se band karein. Jab pressure ajaey to 10 minutes ke liey pressure dein.
- Is doran arviyon ko wash kar lein. Aik khuly bowl mn arviyan dal ke thora pani add karein. Hand beater se achi trah beat karein. Or stainer se pani stain kar lein. Aisa 3 time krny se arviyan wash ho jaengi sara lays nikal jaey ga.
- Pressure deny ke baad jab cooker normal hojaey sara pressure nikal jaey to isy opn karein. Chk karein gosht gal gya… 1/3rd gosht gala hua ho. Ab is mn cooking oil add karein
- Oil add kar ke 5 minut ke liey bhunen phir dahi add kar ke 3-4 minut ke kiey mazeed bhunen ke dahi ka pani dry hojaey. Oil nikal aey
- Ab is mn arviyan or green chili add kar dein. 3 minut ke liey masaly mn achi trah bhunen.
- Ab is mn 2 glass water add kar dein or lid se cover karein. 5 minut ke liey mazeed pressure dein. Flame of karein lekin ap ny whistle ko ni uthana. Aisy e dam ke liey rhny dein. Apny pressure se khud dam ajaey ga
