- It should not be very soft. Now make small roti ball. Make roti roll it and give a small round shape with the help of any lid or something. Make 2 small eye shape with the help of straw and smile shape with the help of a spoon and keep ready aside. Here I have given different shapes of Shakkar para.
- Heat oil in kadai. Once get heat place all this shakar para and fry it low flame till golden brown. Take it in tissue paper and serve it in a plate. This snacks can be eatten any time and kids love too.
