- Take 1 1/2 cup gram flour
- Make ready 1 1/2 lemon
- Prepare 2 packets eno fruit salt
- Prepare 1/2 cup water

- Get Tempering
- Make ready 10-15 curry leaves
- Take 6-7 green chillies
- Take 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Prepare 3/4 cup water
Instructions to make Nylon Khaman Dhokla:
- Add water in a bowl. Add salt and sugar to it and mix well. After the sugar melts, add gram flour to it. Mix well until all the lumps break.
- Add water into a steamer and heat it. Grease the plates using oil.
- Add eno fruit salt to the batter and mix well for 10 seconds. Add the batter to the greased plates and cook in the steamer for approx. 10 minutes. Spongy Khaman Dhokla are ready.
- Tempering: heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds to it. When the seeds start to crakle add asofoetida, green chillies and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Pour the tempering on the dhoklas. Garnish with coriander leaves. Yummy tasty naylon Khaman are ready.
