- Prepare Leftover cooked rice 1cup(can cook also) capsicum 1pc,
- Get 2 pcs onion,2pc carrots, 7-8 pieces out of 1 garlic(chop),
- Take 1 green chilly, 1pc chopped ginger, boiled corn 1/2 cup
- Get Salt to taste, 1/2 spoon turmeric, pinch red chilli,
- Take 2 spoon aamchur, 1spoon garam masala, 1spoon Dhania powder,
- Get Pinch sugar, 1spoon oil,

Instructions to make Instant dharavada:
- Take one big bowl….chop onion, capsicum,carrot in small pieces and put it in bowl…add gram flour, cooked rice and all the above ingredients in the same bowl including masalas (spices)..now add 1spoon oil and mix all the ingredients properly…water is not required if needed you can add dahi as per requirement..
- After mixing keep it aside now put tawa on gas to make it hot…after it gets hot…apply oil in hands and now take small amount of paste from bowl and after rolling n flapping in hands to give shape of roti… we have to apply 1spoon of oil on tawa and have to put it on tawa..after 2 mins flip DHARAVADA and cook well from both sides….Now our yummy DHARAVADA is ready to eat…serve it with imly or green chatany.. note: pls check collage photo for reference and photos are not getting uploaded)
