  10. Wipe pressure cooker base and return to cooker. Switch it back on to high.

  12. Add the coconut cream and stir to mix. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. DO NOT be tempted to increase your heat at this point as the coconut cream could curdle.
  13. After 10 minutes of simmering, turn off the cooker and serve your green grams. Enjoy it with chapati or rice and vegetables.
