  1. Prepare 200 gm chicken boneless
  2. Make ready 1 cup soaked split gram(chana dal)
  3. Prepare 2 bay leaves
  4. Take 2 inch cinnamon stick
  5. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  6. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  7. Make ready 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala powder
  9. Prepare 4 whole red chillies
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp thick curd
  12. Take 1 egg
  13. Make ready 200 ml oil for frying kebabs
Instructions to make Chicken Kebab:
  1. Take chicken and soaked dal in a pan.Add 2 cups water along with red chillies,cumin seeds,bay leaves,cinnamon stick and salt.
  2. When boiled,lower the flame and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.Dry water if any.
  3. Take out chicken in a grinder,discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick.
  4. Add remaining ingredients exept coriander leaves.Grind till smooth.
  5. Take out chicken from grinder,add coriander leaves.Make 8-10kebabs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.Fry kebabs till golden on medium flame.
  7. Serve with salad/chutney.
