- Add flour last and mix
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 30-45 mins until toothpick comes out clean

- I also added a handful of chopped pecans into the mixture but this is optional, walnuts are great for this too!
- Can also sprinkle with pecans and cinnamon ontop as I did here! Gives a great touch!
