  2. Prepare 50 g plain flour

Put a knob of butter onto a baking tray and melt in the oven and then sprinkle plain flour over the melted butter - and then get as much cookie dough onto a Dessert Spoon - pat down a little onto the baking tray - continue until you have filled the baking tray with cookie dough balls spaced well apart - and then bake in a preheated oven at the Gas Mark 4 for 25 minutes,smaller one's could be done in 15 minutes.
  6. Once done,just let them cool down on the baking tray for 10 minutes and then let them cool down completely on a wire cake rack and then store them in air tight containers.
