- Take out dough and roll out on a floured surface until 1/8” thick the. Trim off edges to form a rectangle
- Place sausage on one far edge of the dough
- Roll once to wrap sausage
- Brush on egg on the rolled edge (for sealing).
- Then roll one more time to close
- Use a knife to trim off excess dough
- It should look like this
- Cut sausage to shape
- Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Then keep in the fridge to rest for 10minutes
- Bring out after 10minutes and egg wash the top gently
- Then bake in the preheated oven for 30-35minutes or until golden brown.
